The 2025 Birdwell Racing Jacket combines classic SurfNyl™ durability with a new anti-snag Talon zipper, made by the original zipper innovators. Built for everyday wear, this upgraded jacket offers smooth, reliable performance while staying true to Birdwell’s American-made heritage.
SPECS
Features: Band collar. Two-way zipper. Racing stripes on wearer’s left chest and signature Birdwell pocket on sleeve. Birdwell woven label on beck left hem. Hip pockets hidden at side seam.
Fit: Classic fit. Order one size up if you prefer a looser fit. Model is 6'4" and wearing size L. 
Fabric: Body made from Birdwell’s proprietary SurfNyl™️ for durability and a lightweight cotton flannel liner for breathability, warmth, and comfort.
Construction: Double-stitched with high-strength nylon thread. Hand-cut and sewn in Southern California. 
Care: Machine wash cold. Do not bleach, do not iron, hang dry only.
