How much does shipping cost for surfboards?
Surfboard shipping rates vary by size and destination. Standard shortboards typically ship for a flat rate of $95, while longboards and oversized SUPs require specialized freight shipping starting at $175. Domestic orders over $75 for apparel and accessories ship free.
What is your return policy on wetsuits?
We accept returns on wetsuits within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in brand-new condition with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, suits that have been used in the water or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship apparel and accessories worldwide. However, due to high damage risks and shipping costs, we currently only ship surfboards within the contiguous United States.
How do I know which surfboard volume is right for me?
Volume is key to performance. We provide a detailed volume calculator on our site, but generally, beginners should look for higher volume (liters) for stability, while advanced surfers prefer lower volume for maneuverability. Our expert staff is available via chat for personalized recommendations.
Can I pick up my online order at your Encinitas shop?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout. Most orders are ready within 2-4 hours. You will receive an email notification as soon as your gear is ready to be picked up.
What happens if my surfboard arrives damaged?
All surfboard shipments are fully insured. It is critical that you inspect the board before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice damage, refuse the shipment and contact our customer service team immediately so we can ship a replacement.
